Calling all Graduates!
Jobsgopublic have sponsored the ‘Public & Voluntary Sector & Education Virtual Fair‘ held in association with Prospects on Monday the 17th November.
So what is a Virtual Fair?
Basically we are encouraging open discussion in a forum style chat on issues graduates may encounter when looking for work, applying for jobs or hoping to start their career in the Public, Voluntary or Education Sector.
We have a two discussions already set up covering Local Government and the National Graduate Development Programme and more information on who will be hosting these will be posted in due course. If you are a graduate interested in finding out more information about these sectors, we are using our wealth of experience in these sectors to identify key contacts to provide you with the information to make the change or start the career of your choice.
Check out all our vacancies now at Jobsgopublic.com
The Public, Voluntary Sector and Education Virtual Fair will be held on Monday the 17th October and you can login via the Prospects Website.
Post Forum3 de-brief
Well, what a busy couple of days. It is my second year at attending Forum3 and I can honestly say that this year seemed busier and more exhausting than last. It was fantastic though, actually getting out and meeting the candidates, answering the questions, helping them use the site, showing them how to register, save their search, and hints and tips on helping them with their job seeking. That is what it’s all about and getting out there is so refreshing!
If you did come by and visit us, a big hi from the team and I hope you got what you wanted out of it. If you missed the event, never fear, if you are reading this, you’ve already found the largest public sector and not for profit jobs board in Jobsgopublic.com.
It wasn’t all work work work, we did have some fun with some of the other exhibitors, and many of the organisations who advertise their vacancies already on jobsgopublic were there to say hi. Maybe you were loved by the Notting Hill Housing Love Monster, or hugged by the Shepherd’s Bush bumble bee, but it was great to see so many organisations supporting the sector as a whole.
Hope to see you next year, if you’d like to know anything further about your account, or how to use the site, feel free to comment here or email our support team at support@jobsgopublic.com
