It’s Monday again.

For many, these are the three most dreaded words that you can hear and no amount of Monday motivational quotes are going to convince you otherwise!

Well, we’re here to tell you that Monday doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom. In fact, it can be the perfect time to set you up for a positive week ahead.

Get organised

We’ve all been there – it’s 8pm on a Sunday night and the reality is setting in that it’s going to be Monday morning in no time!

But, think of how much easier the morning will be if you get things organised the night before. Simply ironing your clothes for the next day or packing lunch can give you peace of mind, not to mention extra snooze time in the morning.

And we all know how important that is!

Top tip – Make yourself something really tasty for lunch as this will give you something to look forward too.

Feel the beat!

Whether you’re at the gym or doing housework, music is always a great motivator to get stuff done!
