Do you have that Hump-day feeling?

Monday feels like a life time ago but it’s still not quite close enough to Friday to get that weekend buzz, #fridayFeeling.

Yes we’re talking about the day of the week that can often feel like climbing Mount Everest…..

But don’t fear, we have put together a few things to have you cruising through your mid-week nightmare and get you back on track.

Listen to your favourite music

Music can be an instant mood changer and can really get you motivated, even when you feel like every obstacle is in your way.

So, put on your favourite artist and get pumped up.

Get prepared

Prepare your day in the morning so you stay busy!

Doing this will really take your mind off it being hump-day and also stop your day from dragging along.
Write a list of things that you’d like to achieve for the day and cross them off one by one. Your hump-day will be over before you know it!

Humour is the remedy

Make sure you smile and laugh. It might be hump-day, but that doesn’t mean it’s all doom and gloom. Tell jokes, smile and dance like no one is watching (ok maybe save that for a toilet break) but you get the drift!
